The
vineyards are
located on varying altitudes of 500-600m and 600-700m above
sea level and are
largely planted on gravelly soil with the red grape variety Kotsifali
and Mandelaria, as well as the white
grape variety Vilana.
The
climate in this region is semi-continental,
cold winters with warm summers, and rainfall.
The
wines produced are red
dry and white dry and also rose.
