The vineyards are located south-eastern of Mount Olympus and around Mount Kissavos at an altitude of 300 - 500m above the sea level on calcareous soil. Three dark grape varieties: Xynomavro, Stavroto, and Krasato (local grape) have been planted here as well as the French varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. |

The vineyards are low lying close to the sea at an altitude of 100 -200m above the sea level. Two white grape varieties: Roditis and Savatiano are planted in this area. |
