Thessaly 

Rapsani

The vineyards are located south-eastern of Mount Olympus and around Mount Kissavos at an altitude of 300 - 500m above the sea level  on calcareous soil.  Three  dark grape varieties: Xynomavro, Stavroto, and Krasato (local grape) have been planted here as well as the French varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

The climate in this region is  continental with cold winters and very hot summers. 

The wines produced are  red dry.
Ankhialos

The vineyards are low lying close to the sea at an altitude of 100 -200m above the sea level.  Two white grape varieties: Roditis and Savatiano are planted in this area.

The climate in this region is  semi continental with mild winters and  hot summers. 

The wines produced are  white dry.
