Shipping and Handling
|
|
We calculate the shipment
costs automatically depending on your location. All our shipping is
handled by UPS. We ship an order exclusively by
AIR in packages for 1 or 3
bottles.

Tax Charges and Tariffs
|
|
For orders made from the European Union
we add
18% VAT. All other orders are VAT free. We are not responsible for customs charges,
import and excise taxes at destination points.

Back Orders
|
|
If your item is not in stock
we can back order it for you. We will send you an e-mail with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.

Billing
|
|
We do not bill you until
your order is ready to ship.

Returns and Refunds
|
|
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase we will issue you a full refund less shipping and
handling after the item(s) are shipped back to us prepaid.
Defective items may be returned for exchange only. Purchased
items must
be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Restocking
charges of 15% are applied to all non defective returns.

Delivery

We generally expedite a paid order within the next 2 business days. International
orders are generally received in under 7 business days.

| How to Order |
| It is very easy to look through our inventory of
Greek wines. We have included different wine
labels from the most prestigious wineries in
Greece. Each label includes TASTING NOTES and is
categorized by the GRAPE VARIETY, the REGION and
the WINE MAKER |
| Wine searching |
| Just search our list using the WINERY name or
the PRICE range or by using KEYWORDS
such as the name of the wine you are looking for
and our search engine will bring you all available
wines that match your search. |
| Ordering Items |
| If you are ready to make a choice click on
the Quantity button and select a number of bottles, when done click on the ADD TO CART
button. The browser will show you the list of wines you
have chosen so far. At the bottom of each page there is
a series of navigation buttons to guide you while
ordering. |
| Finishing your Order |
| When you are ready to finish ordering, press on
the CHECKOUT button. You will be redirected to our SECURE
SERVER where you will fill-in some ORDER information
details. When done press on the ORDER button and your
browser will take you to the RECEIPT page. At this point we notify you by e-mail
with a confirmation of the ORDER. Finally click on the
E-Store button to exit and return to Home Page |

Our Policy

| We require an adult signature on all our shipments. We
do not accept returns for age restrictions at the destination
point. We are not responsible to know of any legal restrictions applied
to wine shipments for your particular area of
residence. The buyer should be aware of any
local law restrictions on wine shipments before
ordering from us. We do not accept returns for wine
